MCP server
Any MCP-capable agent can read, reply and draft.
Signed webhooks
Arrived, sent, delivered, bounced, opened.
Your own domains
DKIM, return-path and DMARC records generated for you.
Drafts for approval
The agent writes, a person sends.
Open tracking
Per message, on your own link domain if you like.
Scoped API keys
Limit a key to one organisation, pod or inbox.
Mail import
mbox, a zip of .eml files, or IMAP.
Team members
Invite people to the organisation to review mail.
The limits, plainly.
ACK is for real, one-to-one conversations. These limits keep every sender's mail landing in the inbox.
14-day trial
A card is needed to start, and you aren't charged until the trial ends. Trial inboxes use a shared ACK address and can send 100 emails in total. Receiving is unlimited. One trial per account.
Fair use, never overage
Each inbox can send 1,000 emails a month at full speed. Past that, sending slows down until the next month. You're never charged for more.
A gentle start
New organisations send up to 200 emails a day in week one and 1,000 a day in week two, then normal fair use.
A person reviews every pause
If bounces or complaints cross our thresholds, the organisation pauses automatically. Someone at ACK reviews it before sending resumes.
Questions
Anything else, write to support@ack.now.
What's an organisation?
The thing you're billed for. It holds inboxes, domains, keys and members. One sign-in can own several, say your company, a client and a side project, each with its own subscription.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the billing page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Every inbox can use a shared ACK address. Your own domain needs a paid plan, and ACK gives you the DNS records to add.
What happens when an inbox hits 1,000 sends?
Sending slows down until the next month. Receiving carries on as normal, and nothing is added to your bill.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars.
Will prices change?
We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change.
